As a BDM, you’ll be at the forefront for identifying and acquiring new clients from around the world. Your primary focus will be on generating business leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Acgile. Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication to maximize conversion rates.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Develop bespoke client acquisition plans highlighting your firm’s unique strengths and value proposition.
  • Implementing targeted marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including social media, email marketing, and industry-specific events.
  • Monitoring client acquisition metrics and performance indicators to track progress and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Expand Acgile’s clientele worldwide by targeting, engaging, and nurturing leads through strategic sales efforts, fostering growth and market presence.

Qualification/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in US-based client acquisition roles within the accounting, finance, or professional IT services industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a track record of effectively engaging and closing client deals.

· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide tailored solutions to prospective clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
