About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and build our marketing department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, with a strong focus on digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Set marketing goals and KPIs to measure success.
Team Building and Management:
- Recruit, hire, and onboard talented marketing professionals.
- Develop and implement effective team management strategies.
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
Digital Marketing:
- Oversee all digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Manage and optimize website and online marketing campaigns.
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior to improve conversion rates.
Brand Management:
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity.
- Create and execute brand awareness campaigns.
- Manage brand reputation and crisis communication.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget.
- Track expenses and ROI.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate regular marketing reports and analyze key metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a creative/marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software.
- Experience in managing budgets and resources.
