About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and build our marketing department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, with a strong focus on digital marketing.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Set marketing goals and KPIs to measure success.

Team Building and Management:

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard talented marketing professionals.
  • Develop and implement effective team management strategies.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.

Digital Marketing:

  • Oversee all digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Manage and optimize website and online marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior to improve conversion rates.

Brand Management:

  • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity.
  • Create and execute brand awareness campaigns.
  • Manage brand reputation and crisis communication.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget.
  • Track expenses and ROI.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Generate regular marketing reports and analyze key metrics.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a creative/marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software.
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Leadership and Team Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
